Town And Country Realty Albany

In 2001, the Trust for Public Lands purchased 171,500 acres of commercial forest land from the International Paper Company. The Trust for Public Lands sold 25,100 acres to the state of New Hampshire and 146,000 acres to the Connecticut Lakes Realty Trust. Magalloway Mountain is located inside the protected area, but the other locations sited in this article do not.

The land owned by the Connecticut Lakes Realty Trust is a working forest so be careful. Yield to logging trucks and do become preoccupied in gazing for moose, deer, fox, and other wildlife.
